Recipes like these are the reason people complain low carbing doesn’t work for them because they really have no idea how many carbs they are consuming and they just overload on low carb foods, taking them over their limit. It is not CARB FREE, it is LOW in carbs. It is probably my biggest weakness. Also, after the top has browned, I often cover the top with a second piece of parchment and use it to help me flip the crust.
